Attempt to access source code

Extract data using automated tools

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account.

Services and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

NexaHiring offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your chosen plan
  • Provide current, complete billing information
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the renewal date

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refund policies:

Monthly Plans

No refunds for partial months

Annual Plans

Pro-rated refunds within 30 days

Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of services after fee changes constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual Property

Our Property

All content, features, and functionality on NexaHiring, including but not limited to:

Trademarks
Software Code
Design Elements
Algorithms
Content
Analytics

...are the exclusive property of NexaHiring and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant NexaHiring a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use, reproduce, and display your content to provide services
  • Share your profile with potential employers
  • Create anonymized, aggregated data for analytics

Nexa Score™ and Nexa Intelligence Analysis™

Are registered trademarks of NexaHiring and may not be used without explicit written permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Services Provided "AS IS"

NexaHiring provides services without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

No Guarantee of Placement

While we strive to connect candidates with opportunities, we cannot guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.

Limited Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Exclusion of Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or opportunities.

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support at [email protected].

By NexaHiring

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Pose a security risk to our platform or users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use NexaHiring ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Dispute Resolution

Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of services will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except:
